SENIOR PROM INFORMATION
Location: Hilton Hawaiian Village Coral Ballrooms 2005 Kālia Rd, Honolulu, HI 96815
Date: Saturday, May 3rd, 2025
Time: 5:00PM - 10:00PM Doors close at 7pm
Theme: A Royal Regency
Colors: White, Black, Gold, and Navy Blue
Attire: Formal AttirePlease note: $15 for self-parking, $20 for valet parking. The machines for self-parking only accept card payments, except for the exit machines on the right-hand side accept cash.

JCHS Seniors ONLY:
$125JCHS non-seniors and Outside guests (aged 20 and under):

JCHS Guests:
- Must be present at the time of pick-up and payment with the JCHS Senior Sponsor.
Outside Guests:
- Do NOT need to be present at the time of pick-up or payment. Please have the outside guest's legal first name and last name. (A picture of the guest's ID is preferred, however the name typed out in Notes is acceptable.)Outside Guests (non-JCHS):
- Currently attending high school: Must have their Vice Principal or Principal sign the permission form prior to bid purchase. Must attach a copy of their current school ID to their bid form prior to purchase.
- Not currently attending high school: Must attach a copy of their current government-issued ID to their bid form prior to purchase to verify age.
- Allowable ages/grades for attendees: Grades 9 – 12 and adult guests must not exceed age 20 on or before the event.JCHS Student Guests:
- Must have a photo ID, be free of obligations, and have paid dues for all years at JCHS.
- Must be accompanied by their Senior sponsor to purchase their bid.Bid Purchase Details:
- Bids are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Payments will only be processed once forms are fully complete.
- Students must be in dress code or wear their dress top/college shirt to pick up and purchase a bid.
